A Minute to Recharge

Emerge a thought, an empowering thought within your consciousness.

Hold onto that thought. Holding onto to it for a period of time enables the experience of very deep silence.

Then sustain that thought, keep it alive.

When you emerge the awareness of a thought, then you don’t have to struggle to hold onto it, to experience it.
In fact the thought then becomes an experience of power.

When there is the experience of true peace with that power, then I become recharged.

Take a minute to recharge.
