Who’s Holding My Power?

fear_thoughts

Within the self I have the capacity to generate both positive and negative energy. When I use my spiritual power to access the positive then I will remain stable, happy and content. I consciously activate my power of choice and therefore have control over what I experience.

When I allow external circumstances to trigger emotions such as irritation, upset, anger or worse, then I am using and empowering the negative energy in me. And negative energy will always cause me sorrow.

In any situation I can chose to start from an inner space of positivity and then respond. Alternatively I can react to whatever is happening outside of me. I can decide to use my positive energy or allow circumstances to hold my power. The choice is always mine.

Take time to develop the habit of working from the inside out. Hold onto your power!

Eternity

Shiva

Today I had a thought: What is eternity?

Eternity is forever, something without a beginning or an end. And yet eternity is now, this present moment.
Once this time passes by, it is gone and so no longer exists. A moment yet to come is unknown and perhaps not even there.
So the only eternity I really know is in the here and now.

Let me use this precious moment in the best way possible. Let me use it to love, to laugh and to share happiness.

If I can do this then my every moment will be valuable, through to eternity.

Om Shanti

Soul Story

bodyconsciousness

Once upon a time I, the immortal soul began a journey through eternity – a wonderful and colourful adventure through time.

As years passed by, I played my part, interacting with people and surroundings as required. I played many characters along the way – changing the costume of my body many times.
Until, in time, I became lost in the story – becoming fully absorbed in the roles I played. I forget who I was – who I was originally before my journey began. Amazingly I had lost my own identity!

It is then that the adventure began – the search for the ‘real’ me. I searched from the mountain tops to the bottom of the seas but I was nowhere to be found. Until one day I looked wiithin, behind the costume and the masks, and there I was sitting silently just waiting to be found. I had found the silent, eternal and most beautiful energy of me!

This is my story, the story of the soul – and I guess it is your story too.

Have you began your search for you?

Om Shanti
